It’s about learning how to stay.
To stay with yourself when things get intense.
To stay in your body when emotions rise.
To stay present with truth—without collapsing, fixing, or disappearing.
Because when you learned it wasn’t safe to stay,
the cost wasn’t obvious at first.
You adapted.
You became capable.
Strong.
Insightful.
Self-aware.
You learned how to hold yourself together when it mattered most.
But over time, high-functioning self-abandonment came with a quiet price: a constant undercurrent of bracing, managing, or vigilance.
A way of being “here,” without ever fully resting in your body.
At some point, your system learned that checking out felt safer than feeling fully.
Meeting the Light is not about fixing you.
It’s about re-coding your relationship with intensity so presence feels safer, the truth doesn't cost you your nervous system, and being here doesn’t require self-abandonment.
Inner safety and self-trust don’t come from pausing life, but from meeting it with embodied sovereignty, moment by moment.
I offer this work from lived experience—
from learning, again and again, how to remain in contact with myself through discomfort, grief, and change.
This three-month journey is part of a longer body of work I’ve been deeply engaged with for years, and am now offering in a structured, guided way.

The journey moves in a natural progression: first creating space, then nourishing what is alive, and finally learning how to move forward without leaving yourself behind.
The energetic and the earthly are weaved together — pairing essential oils with specific acupoints that bypass the mind's resistance.
As you learn to work with the oils and the body in direct, relational ways, inner safety and self-trust becomes available again.
Regulation, re-engagement, and shifts in consciousness are supported through direct experience rather than just information.
This isn't about pushing for change. This rhythm dissolves the habit of urgency, dissolves patterns of lack and over-striving, and supports a sense of inner nourishment and self-trust once again.
As the months unfold, you learn how to be in relationship with yourself through intensity, clarity, and movement...without bracing, overriding your body, or abandoning your natural timing.
This work does not layer more practices onto an already full life.
It removes noise.
You learn how to recognize what is actually happening within you, how to respond with steadiness instead of habit, and how to remain connected to your body and intuition even as life asks more of you.
You are met where you are, supported by the intelligence of the body and the ancient authority of the Earth, and guided into a way of being that feels inhabitable, grounded, and real.
The power of this work lies in relationship. As you learn how to work with essential oils and acupoints in direct, lived ways, your nervous system begins to trust the process of listening and responding in new ways.

All sessions are recorded and available for replay. Of course it's encouraged you attend live whenever possible. There is a transmission that happens in the live space...when you're present, connected, and part of the collective energy in the moment.
Yes, but they are not required. They will however, enhance your experience. A small set of oils will be suggested each month. These can be sourced through your preferred and trusted supplier or ordered through links shared upon registration. The oils are listed under the Rhythm of the Journey section by month.
